I have an exciting new series to share from Carneros Resort and Spa.

 

Carneros Resort and Spa is pleased to announce the first Carneros Supper Club of the year on Friday, February 3. Launched in fall 2016, the quarterly series highlights local winemakers and the season’s best ingredients prepared by Executive Chef Aaron Meneghelli.

 

Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will join a welcome reception with a raw seafood bar, oyster shucking, caviar and champagne on the Hilltop patio while overlooking the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Partnering with local winemakers and breweries in the region, Chef Meneghelli will serve an indulgent family-style dinner in the Hilltop Dining Room. Adding in a playful element for the second Carneros Supper Club, local chefs from the region will join Chef Meneghelli and guests around the table. Dishes will be inspired by braised winter food, such as choucroute garnie and will feature salted meats and charcuterie cured in-house, pickled and preserved items, house made sauerkraut, cabbage, and mustards, and more. Each course will also feature ingredients that Chef Aaron pulls from Carneros Resort and Spa’s onsite farm and garden. Seating is limited and tickets are priced at $125 per person.
